Casa Patricia, is Located 2 km north of Los Barriles in the Palo Blanco neighborhood, this is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and the desert. You can watch the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the desert mountains from the rooftop patio. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, living room and master bedroom with a king size bed and a slider to the patio. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with separate entrances. The bedroom to the right has a queen bed. The bedroom to the left has a queen bed and two twin beds.  There is a large shared bathroom. Laundry is available downstairs in the garage. The house is fully equipped including WiFi access and VPN network, so you don't leave your US channels in the states. You're a 15 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts and to the beach.
