What can I expect when I book with Los Barriles.Life?
Once you send us an inquiry about a house we will confirm its availability. If available, we will send you an invoice with costs itemized. The cost will include 16% IVA tax this a Mexican government required fee, hotel tax, a cleaning fee specific to the house you picked and a REFUNDABLE Deposit. To hold the house we charge you via pay pal the cleaning fee and the refundable deposit. If you would like to pay for the entire payment in ANY other payment than cash we will add a 5% fee to your total.
Can I pay with a credit card? Venmo? Zelle?
You can pay with a credit card, the credit card fee will be added to the total. Venmo and Zelle are not recognized in Mexico and therefore cannot be used.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs must be added to the booking. Some houses allow dogs and others do not. No other pets are accepted. There is a pet deposit and owners are expected to pick up waste. Guests who are found to have pets without disclosing this to us will be charged a Non-Refundable pet fee of $500 USD.
How do you return my deposit?
We send it back to you via PayPal once we confirm everything looks good with the house.
Can you book my airport transportation or other services?
