Priscilla Duran
Founder and CEO
Priscilla started Los Barriles.Life after realizing there was a need for her services in town. As a top producing real estate agent with Homes and Land of Baja, a degree in accounting and a Los Barriles local, residing here year-round, this business is a natural fit. Priscilla has a huge heart and goes above and beyond for her clients every day! To know her is to love her!
Melissa McDonald
CEO and PR
Melissa moved to Los Barriles in 2021, somewhat on accident! Ask her about that when you meet her or check out this blog post. Melissa would tell you loving people has always been her gig. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing, loves networking and thrives on new adventures. She began her career in real estate in early 2023 as Priscilla's partner at Homes and Land of Baja! The two are now one of the top 5 producers in North East Cape real estate.
Edwin Rodriquez
Operations & Priscilla's Husband
Edwin is our go to guy for most things that need to get accomplished! You'll see him checking in on houses, washing windows, making sure our spreadsheets are accurate and our keys are organized. We could not function without him! And of course, there's Luna, Edwin and Priscilla's daughter. She is their "why" behind building this business.
Francisco
Office Manager
Francisco is our in office manager. He is in our office 9am-5pm to meet clients, answer questions and work with our outside vendors. He is an incredible asset to our business.
Ivonne
Concierge Services
Ivonne is committed to the guest experience! She is in the office Monday-Friday and happy to help answer any questions. She will be helping guests to book extra services such as transportation to town, groceries and experiences in town. She is a Los Barriles native. We are lucky to have her!
Abraham
Maintenance Coordinator
Abraham is overseeing maintenance for our houses. He covers the simple fixes for houses and also oversees larger jobs when we need to call in extra hands. He's a friendly face on our team!
