Secure parking and gated parking at our house inside the walled property. Other Things to Note: The pool and jacuzzi are heatable w/ propane. This is an additional fee on top of the stay. The 10ft deep salt water pool was recently constructed less than a year ago (3ft in the shallow end). There is nothing like diving in and not hitting the bottom on a hot day. The pool waterfall runs during the day and is off at night. The pool maintenance person will come for about 1 hour twice a week. He speaks good english if you have questions about specifics during your stay. Please message prior to booking if you have any questions about the pool or jacuzzi. The internet is served by a local long range Wifi Company called FiberTech. Although the internet is great (when it's working), there are no guarantees as this is Baja Mexico and anything can happen.
